A Graduate of Sports Rehabilitation (GSR) is an autonomous healthcare practitioner specialising in musculoskeletal management, exercise based rehabilitation and fitness.

A GSR specialises in the knowledge of injury prevention and health care for athletes and sports persons. Responsibility as a GSR is to cover all stages of prevention and rehabilitation of injury in the athletic environment, this includes:
